About Me

Janelle McCain, a licensed Realtor since 1988, is the broker/owner of Southern Living Realty. She is a designated GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), a Designated ASR (Accredited Sellers Representative), as well as a registered appraiser.

In addition to residential home sales, Janelle has experience in other areas of real estate including property management, condominium association management and corporate relocations. Janelle sells and markets homes in Clarke, Oconee, Madison, Jackson, and Oglethorpe Counties in Northeast Georgia. As a Million Dollar Producer, she has proven her ability to produce results in today's market.

Janelle is also a member of the national, state and local Association of Realtors.

As a mother of 4 sons (ages 12-19) Janelle understands the importance of time management and the needs of families buying and selling real estate in the new millennium. She is actively involved in her community as a Partner in Education, a member of the MCHS School Council,a volunteer at the Madison/ Oglethorpe Animal Shelter and on the Madsion Co. Little League Board and VP of the Jr/Sr. Leagues. She is also actively involved with her children in Little League, Golf, Tennis, Wrestling and Football.
